This consists of putting a mask over your nose, in which you breathe while the oral surgeon does the operation.

MEOPA is a French acronym for a mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide. It is a mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide has the effect of reducing anxiety. The relaxing effect is further enhanced when an tranquilizer is also taken 1 hour before the appointment.
